7. Section 14 of the principal Act is hereby amended by the insertion, immediately after subsection (5) of that section, of the following new subsection : -. | " (6) Within a period of fourteen days after the termination of a hire-purchase agreement in respect of a motor vehicle, the person who so let that vehicle shall forward to the Registrar a written application for the deletion from the entry in the register relating to that vehicle of the name of the absolute owner thereof entered under subsection (4). Such application shall be accompained by the prescribed fee for such deletion. " |
