Motor Traffic (Amendment) Act (No. 40 of 1984) - Sect 12

Amendment of section 164 principal enactment

12. Section 164 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution for paragraph (a) of that subsection, of the following paragraph :-
" (a) by order of a police officer not below the rank of Assistant Superintendent, for the purposes of any regulation of traffic;
