| 24. Section 224 of the principal enactment is hereby further amended by the substitution for all the words from "to a fine" to the end of that section, of the following: " to a fine not less than two hundred and fifty rupees and on a second conviction to a fine not less than five hundred rupees and on a third or subsequent conviction to a fine not less than seven hundred and fifty rupees and the cancellation of his driving licence.". |
