Motor Traffic (Amendment) Act (No. 40 of 1984) - Sect 26

Amendment of section 240 of the principal enactment

26. Section 240 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution for the definition of "urban area", of the following definition:- ' " urban area " means -
(a) any area comprised within the limits of any Municipal Council or Urban Council; or
(b) any other area declared by regulation to be an urban area for the purposes of this Act.'.
