| 6, Section 128 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section, by the addition at the end of that subsection, of the following proviso :" " Provided however that the extension of the validity of a driving licence to any other class or classes of motor vehicles shall be by way of issue of a new driving licence ,in the form of a card covering such class or classes of motor vehicles.". |
