Motor Traffic (Amendment) Act (No. 47 of 1968) - Sect 3

Amendment of section 200 of the principal Act

3. Section 200 of the principal Act is hereby amended in sub-section (2) of that section, by the substitution, for the expression " shall apply in relation to a divisional transport officer " of the expression " shall apply in relation to an officer authorized by the Commissioner ".
