| 12. The Minister, after consultation with the Ceylon Transport Board, may, by Order published in the Gazette, declare that, with effect from such date* as shall be specified in the Order, all regular omnibus services in Ceylon (other than those provided by the Colombo Municipal Council) shall be provided exclusively by the board. The date so specified may, before that date, be altered by the Minister, after consultation with the Ceylon Transport Board, by Order published in the Gazette. * 1st January, 1958, declared by Order published in Gazette No. 11,219 of 13th December, 1957. |
