Motor Traffic (Amendment) Act (No. 8 of 1990) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 7 of Chapter 203

2. Section 7 of the Motor Traffic Act, (hereinafter referred to as the " principal enactment") is hereby amended in subsection (4) of that section by the substitution, for the words " a hire purchase agreement", of the words " a hire purchase or leasing agreement".
