Measurement Units, Standards And Service Act (No. 35 of 1995) - Sect 25

Weight or measure stamped by Inspectors to be used in Sri Lanka

25. Every weight or measure or weighing or measuring instrument which has been duly stamped by an Inspector stamped by under section 23 of this Act, with the prescribed mark of verification may, unless it is found thereafter to be false or not correct, be used in any part of Sri Lanka.
