Any person who sells or exposes for sale any weight or measure or weighing or measuring instrument which has not been stamped by an inspector with the prescribed mark of verification shall be. of an offence and shall on conviction after summary trial before a Magistrate for liable to a fine not exceeding live hundred rupees or to both such fine and imprisonment. |
