| 43. Any person who uses for the purposes of any trade or has in his possession for use in any trade, any weight or measure or weighing or measuring instrument which is not correct, shall be guilty of an offences and shall on conviction after summary trial before a Magistrate be liable to a fine not exceeding two thousand five hundred rupees or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding in months or to both such fine and imprisonment. |
