A certificate purporting to be issued by the Director, the Deputy Director or an Assistant Director of Measurement Units, Standards and Services regarding the condition of any weight or measure or weighing or measuring instrument expanded by him shall, without further proof" be admissable in evidence in any court, and shall be prima facie proof of the facts stated therein. |
