Minimum Wages(Indian labour) (Amendment) Act (No. 25 of 2000) - Sect 3

Amendment of section 11 of the principal enactment

3. Section 11 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows :-
(1) in subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution, in paragraph (b) of that subsection, for the words "'below the age of ten years", of the words "below the age of fourteen years" ; and
(2) in subsection (2) of that section, by the substitution, for the words "below the age of ten years", of the words "'below the age of fourteen years".
