Amendment of section 21 of Chapter 358. [ 2, 8 of 1962.]

2. Section 21 of the Navy Act, hereinafter referred to as the " principal Act", is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section, as follows :-

(a) by the substitution, for the word " public ", of the word " national " ; and

(b) by the addition, at the end thereof, of the following :-
