Section 105 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution, for the words "be punished with a fine not exceeding two hundred rupees.", of the words "be punished with rigorous imprisonment, for a term not exceeding five years or with a fine not exceeding five thousand rupees or with both such fine and imprisonment.
