Application of the seal of the Board

18.
(1) The seal of the Board shall be in the custody of the Board.
(2) The seal of the Board may be altered in such manner as may be determined by the Board.
(3) The application of the seal of the Board shall be authenticated by the signature of the Chairman of the Board, and some other officer of the Board authorized by the Board to authenticate the application of the seal.
