National Aquaculture Development Authority Of Sri Lanka Act (No. 53 of 1998) - Sect 41

Interpretation

41. In this Act unless the context otherwise requires- "aquaculture", "aquaculture enterprises", "aquatic resources", "fish", "fishing boat", shall have the respective meanings assigned to them by the Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Act, No. 2 of 1996 ; "Provincial Council" means a Provincial Council established by Chapter XVII A of the Constitution.
