National Authority On Teacher Education Act (No. 32 of 1997) - Sect 16

Initial capital of the Authority

16.
(1) The initial capital of the Authority shall be such sum as may be determined by Parliament by resolution.
(2) The capital of the Authority may be increased by such amounts as may be authorised by and Appropriation Act or by any resolution of Parliament.
