Section 2 of the National Aquatic Resources Research and Development Agency Act, No. 54 of 1981 (hereinafter referred to as the "Principal enactment") is hereby amended by the substitution for the words "and management activities on the subject of aquatic resources", of the words "management and conservation activities on the subject of aquatic resources, hydrographic surveying and nautical charting ". |
