The Board shall furnish to the Minister such information as h e may call for from time to time in respect of the activities and financial position of the Agency: Provided, however, that no information in relation to matters which the Agency is bound to treat as confidential under any agreement with any party, other than any Government department or branch thereof, shall be disclosed under this section. |
