| (1) There shall be a Board of Trustees who shall be appointed by the Management Committee and who shall perform their duties and discharge their functions in accordance with the rules of the Corporation. Every Trustee shall hold office until death or resignation or removal from office by a resolution of the Corporation. |

| (2) Where any Trustee dies or resigns or is removed from office, his successor shall be appointed by the Management Committee. |
|
| (3) The first Board of Trustees of the Corporation shall be the Board of Trustees of the Council holding office at the time of the coming into operation of this Act. |
