National Council for Mental Health' Sahanaya' (Incorporation) Act (No. 11 of 1986) - Sect 8

Debts due by and pestle to the Council

8. All debts and liabilities of the Council existing at the time of the coming into operation of this Act shall be paid and discharged by the Corporation, and all debts due to and subscriptions and contributions payable to the Council shall be paid to the Corporation for the purposes of this Act.
