Seal of the Bank

16.
(1) The seal of the Bank shall be in the custody of the General Manager.
(2) The seal of the Bank may be altered in such manner as may be determined by the Board of Directors. (3) The seal of the Bank shall not be affixed to any instrument except in the presence of the General Manager or the acting General Manager and two Directors all of whom shall sign the instrument in token of their presence.
