National Development Bank Of Sri Lanka. Act (No. 2 of 2005) - Sect 20

Commencement of business

20. The Bank shall not commence business until the initial contributions referred to in section 22(1) have been made : Provided, however, that nothing in this section shall be deemed or construed to preclude the Minister from authorizing the Bank to commence business on an earlier date by Order published in the Gazette.
