National Development Bank Of Sri Lanka (Amendment) Act (No. 34 of 1999) - Sect 3

Amendment of section 12 of the principal enactment

3. Section 12 of the principal enactment is hereby Amendment of amended by the repeal of subsection (1) thereof and the substitution of the following subsection therefor :-
"(1) The Board of Directors shall meet at least ten times in a year, and at least twice in every quarter, for the purpose of discharging its responsibilities under this Act".
