National Defence Fund (Amendment) Act (No. 10 of 1991) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 3 of Act No. 9 of 1985

2. Section 3 of the National Defence Fund Act, No. 9 of section 1985, (hereinafter referred to as the: principal enactment ") is hereby amended in subsection (2) of that section, by the substitution, for paragraph (b) of that subsection of the following paragraph:"
" (b) the Minister in charge of the subject of Finance, and ".
