National Defence Fund (Amendment) Act (No. 10 of 1991) - Sect 4

Insertion of new section 14A in the principal enactment

4. The following new section is hereby inserted immediately after section 14, and shall have effect as section 14A of the principal enactment: "
14A. The Fund shall be deemed, for the purposes of paragraph (b) of subsection (2) of section 31 of the Inland Revenue Act. No. 28 of 1979, to be a fund established by the Government of Sri Lanka.".
