The seal of the Corporation shall be in the custody of the person as may be determined by the Board of Directors and it shall not be affixed to any instrument whatsoever except in the presence of the Chairman and another member of the Board of Directors with the approval of the Board of Directors who shall sign their names on the instrument in token of their presence and such signing shall be independent of the signing of any such person as a witness. |
