Section 94 of the principal Act is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution, for the words " the court shall direct", of the words " the court shall issue an injunction restraining that person from removing any movable property owned by that person from, the place where such property is kept or from causing or permitting the removal therefrom of such property and shall direct" |
