Amendment of section 45 of the principal Act. [ 7, 36 of 1966.]

7. Section 45 of the principal Act is hereby amended as follows :-

(1) by the renumbering of that section as subsection (1) of section 45 ; and

(2) by the addition, at the end of that section, of the following new subsection:-

	" (2) Where a loan from the National Housing Fund is granted upon an application made under subsection (1), the Commissioner may, until all sums due on such loan are repaid in full, retain in his custody the copies of the plans, estimates, specifications and other documents which accompanied such application.".
