| 38. Any notice which is required by or under this Act to foe served on any person to whom section 37 applies shall be deemed to be duly served on that person if it is sent by post in a registered letter directed to that person at the address notified by him under that section, and the service shall be deemed to be effected at the time at which the letter would be delivered in the ordinary course of post |
