| 77. It shall be lawful for the General Manager or any officer general or specially authorized by him in writing In that behalf, at any reasonable time, to enter upon any land or premises and then do such acts as may be reasonably necessary for the purpose of carrying out or giving effect to any work of the Authority, or of making of any survey, examination or investigation, preliminary or incidental to the exercise of any power, the discharge of any function or the performance of any duty of the Authority. |
