| 2.Section 63 of the National Housing Development Authority Act, No. 17 of 1979 (hereinafter referred to as the "principal enactment") is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section by the substitution for the words "lawful termination of the occupation of such building by the occupier" ; of the words "lawful,, termination of the occupation of such building by the landlord" . |
