2. Section 3 of the National Institute of Business Management Law, No. 23 of 1976 (hereinafter referred to as the "principal enactment") is hereby amended by the repeal of subsection (1) of that section and the substitution-"therefor, of the following subsection: "
| " (1) The general object of the Institute shall be business management development and in particular
| | (a) to provide for and promote business management education and training; | | |
| | (b) to provide management consultancy and advisory-services ; | | |
| | (c) to facilitate improvement of productivity. ". | | |
