Amendment of section 10 of the principal enactment

8. Section 10 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution, for the words '-Any member who vacate office", of the words and figure "A member of the Council appointed under paragraph (b) of sub-section (1) of section 6 who vacates his office.
