16.
(1) The Minister shall appoint a person suitably qualified in relation to the work of the Institute as the Director-General of the Institute hereinafter in this Law referred to as the " Director-General ". |

(2) The Director-General may be paid such remuneration as may be determined by the Minister with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance. |

(3) The Director-General shall execute or perform such powers, functions and duties as may be-delegated to him. |
