National Institute Of Fisheries And Nautical Engineering Act (No. 36 of 1999) - Sect 2

Establishment of the National Fisheries and Nautical Engineering

2.
(1) There shall be established an Institute which shall be called the National Institute of Fisheries and Nautical Engineering (hereinafter referred to as the "Institute").
(2) The Institute shall, by the name assigned to it by subsection (1), be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in such name.
