Naleemiah Institute Of Islamic Studies Society (Incorporation) Act (No. 34 of 1982) - Sect 3

General objects of the Corporation

3. The general objects of the Corporation are hereby declared to be
(a) to finance, maintain and manage for the purpose of promoting knowledge and for furthering the study of Islam, the Institute called "The Naleemiah Institute of Islamic Studies " comprising
(i) the free educational institution called the " Jamiah Naleemiah " ;
(ii) the Islamic Reference and Research Library called the "Naleemiah Islamic Library";
(iii) the Bureau of Islamic Publications called " The Naleemiah Bureau of Islamic Publications "; and
(iv) any other service as may appear necessary to attain the aims and objects referred to in this paragraph;
(b) to provide itself with everything necessary for the above purposes; and
(c) to do all such other acts and things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects.
