Notaries (Amendment) Law (No. 24 of 1973) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 4 of Chapter 107

2. Section 4 of the Notaries Ordinance, herein-after referred to as the " principal enactment ", is hereby amended by the substitution, for subsection (1) of that section, of the following subsection: -
" (1) The Minister may appoint as notaries persons other than proctors of the Supreme Court:
