| 28. The provisions of this Act shall have force and effect, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any custom, usage, or other law, written or other-wise, and accordingly, in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Act and such custom, usage or other law, the provisions of this Act shall prevail over such custom, usage or other Law. |
