Contribution by Government for the use of the Authority

18. The Government may make an adequate contribution to the Weights and Measures Division of the Ministry in charge of the subject of Trade for the use of the Authority for the furtherance of its objects, functions and duties and for the advancement of the metrication programme of the State.
