National Planning Council Act (No. 40 of 1956) - Sect 3

Chairman, deputy chairman, and additional deputy chairman, of the Council. [ 2, 58 of 1957.]

3.
(1) The Prime Minister shall be the chairman, and the Minister of Finance shall be the deputy chairman, of the Council.
(2) The Prime Minister may appoint a member of the Council as an additional deputy chairman of the Council, and such additional deputy chairman shall exercise and perform, on behalf of the chairman of the Council, such powers and functions as may be delegated to him under section 4.
