Replacement of section 30 of the principal enactment
18. Section 30 of the principal enactment is hereby repealed, and the following section is substituted therefor :-
30. No director, officer or servant of the Bank or an adviser or consultant appointed under section 27 of this Act, shall be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Bank unless such loss or damage was caused by his misconduct or willful default.".
