National Security Levy (Amendment) Act (No. 15 of 2002) - Sect 7

Retrospective effect

7.The amendments made to section 1 of the principal enactment -
(a) by paragraph (1) of section 2 of this Act, shall be deemed for all purposes to have come into force on February21, 2002; and
(b) by paragraph (2) of section 2 of this Act, shall he deemed for all purposes to have come into force on October 13,2001.
