National Transport Commission Act (No. 37 of 1991) - Sect 10

Powers of the Minister in relation to the Commission

10.
(1) The Minister may give such general directions in writing as to the exercise of the powers and the discharge Minister of the functions of the Commission, and the Commission shall give effect to such directions.
(2) The Minister may from time to time direct the Commission in writing to furnish him in such form as he may require returns, accounts and other information with regard to the exercise of the powers and the discharge of the functions by the Commission, and the Commission shall carry out every such direction.
