| 18. No passenger service permit shall be granted under this Act or under any written law authorizing the use of an omnibus for the carriage of passengers at separate fares, if the registered owner of such omnibus is the State, a Provincial Council or a Local Authority or any body corporate in which, the State, a Provincial council or a Local Authority holds shares :Provided that, nothing in this section shall be deemed to prohibit the grant of a passenger service permit in respect of an omnibus, the registered owner of which is a peoplised company. |
