| (1) The holder of a passenger service permit granted under section 24 shall, within thirty days of any change in the particulars stated, in his application for a passenger service permit, inform the Commission in writing of such change. |

| (2) Where the Commission is satisfied that the holder of a passenger service permit has failed or neglected to provide the omnibus service he is authorized to provide by such permit for a continuous period of thirty days, the Commission may after affording such holder an opportunity of being heard, cancel such permit. |
