| 45. Notwithstanding anything in the Companies Act, No. 17 of 1982, the District Court within whose jurisdiction. the registered office of a Peoplised Company is situated may, on application made therefor, by the Commission, order the winding up of such company if such company has failed to provide the omnibus services it is authorized to provide for a continuous period of three months or more. The provisions of Part IX of the Companies Act. No. 17 of 1982 relating to winding up of companies by court shall, mutatis mutandis, apply to such winding up. |
