National Transport Commission Act (No. 37 of 1991) - Sect 48

Transitional provision

48. Every stage carriage service permit granted under the Private Omnibus Services Act, No. 44 of 1983 in respect of any area falling within a specified area and in force on the day preceding the appointed date, shall be deemed to be a passenger service permit granted under section 24 in respect of the first mentioned area.
