National Water Supply and Drainage Board Law (No. 2 of 1974) - Sect 6

Seal of the Board

6.
(1) The seal of the Board shall be in the custody of the Board.
(2) The seal of the Board may be altered in such manner as may be determined by the Board.
(3) The application of the seal of the Board shall He authenticated by the signature of the Chairman of the Board or some other member of the Board authorized by the Board to authenticate the application of such seal, and of one other member of the Board, both of whom shall sign the instrument in token of their presence.
